Welcome to The Howliday Inn! We are thrilled to provide exceptional care for your beloved dogs. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience for everyone, please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions. These guidelines cover important aspects of our services, from booking and cancellation policies to the well-being and safety of your furry friends.

Booking and cancellation policy
To secure your booking with The Howliday Inn, we require 50% of the total fees to be paid at the time of booking Please note this is non refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your dog's boarding or service commencement date. Please be aware that cancellations made within the 14-day window before the service may be subject to a cancellation fee. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your booking.

Dog requirements for services
For the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care, we have specific requirements. All vaccinations must be up to date, and we kindly request that you provide proof of vaccination. Additionally, dogs must mix well with other dogs, demonstrating a friendly and non-aggressive temperament .Please note if any dog shows signs of aggression their stay we reserve the right to terminate boarding. We do not require dogs to be neutered or spayed, but we ask that you inform us of their status.

What to expect from our services
At The Howliday Inn, we pride ourselves on providing personalised care. Our dog walks are tailored to each individual dog's needs, energy levels, and preferences, ensuring they get the exercise and stimulation they require. We kindly ask owners to provide all food for their dogs to maintain consistency with their diet and avoid any digestive issues. Our services include both dog walking and sitting, which can involve visits to your home or boarding at our facility in Glasgow, United Kingdom, depending on your needs. Please note photographs or videos of your Dogs may be used for marketing unless an owner requests otherwise in writing.
DATA PROTECTION: all client information will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.
LATE COLLECTION OF DOGS: Dogs not collected on the agreed date may be referred to appropriate authorities after reasonable attempts to contact the owner has proved futile.

Safety and emergency procedures
Your dog's safety and well-being are our top priority. Upon arrival for boarding, all dogs are fitted with an air tag for tracking and identification. We maintain an emergency contact for each dog, and we also keep their vet details on file. In the unlikely event of an emergency or if a dog becomes ill, we will immediately attempt to contact the owner and follow their instructions or seek veterinary attention as needed. If we cannot get a reply from the owners we reserve the right to contact a vet to act in the dog's best interest. Our team is trained to handle various situations with the utmost care and professionalism.
LIABILITY: Please note Dogs are left in the care of The Howliday Inn at the owners risk.
ACCEPTANCE: By booking our services, all owners confirm the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
